Commission: Continued Free Use of the 'Tawakkalna' Application

The Communications and Information Technology Commission announced today the continuation of free access to the "Tawakkalna" application, without counting data costs, for all users and through all mobile telecom service providers.

The Commission explained that the initiative comes within the framework of integrating joint government efforts, in addition to the continuous efforts of telecom companies to support the continuity of government agencies' business in facing the pandemic.

The Commission had announced in May of last year the adoption of a free tariff for access to the "Tawakkalna" application, in cooperation with mobile telecom service providers, to accelerate access to services through digital solutions and alternatives.
