CITC Announces Extension of the Public Consultation on the Regulatory Framework for Telecom Tariff Approval Procedures

With reference to the Commission's announcement dated 02/04/1437H corresponding to 12/01/2016 regarding the release of a public consultation document on the regulatory framework for telecom tariff approval procedures in the Kingdom, and based on requests from some concerned parties to the Commission to extend the period needed to submit their views, and out of the Commission's keenness to give all parties the opportunity to conduct the necessary studies and submit their views, and proceeding from the principle of justice and transparency, the Communications and Information Technology Commission has decided to extend the period needed to submit views to Wednesday 04/08/1437H corresponding to 11/05/2016 at two o'clock in the afternoon Saudi local time. Accordingly, the Commission hopes for the submission of views within the period specified above.
