Aimed at Supporting and Developing Digital Capabilities in Sudan: Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between "The Communications Commission" and Sudan's Telecommunication and Post Regulatory Authority

The Communications and Information Technology Commission signed a memorandum of understanding with the Telecommunication and Post Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Sudan, with the aim of providing support and transferring expertise to the Republic of Sudan in the fields of communications, information technology, and postal services.

The memorandum was signed on behalf of the Communications and Information Technology Commission by His Excellency the Governor, Dr. Mohammed bin Saud Al-Tamimi, while it was signed on behalf of the Telecommunication and Post Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Sudan by His Excellency Dr. Al-Sadiq Jamal Al-Din Al-Sadiq, the Authority's Director General.

Through the memorandum, the two parties seek to enhance ways of benefiting from the accumulated expertise and knowledge in the field of communications, information technology, and postal services, and to work on developing digital capabilities in the Republic of Sudan through the implementation of specialized pilot programs, to develop digital capabilities in the communications, information technology, and postal services environment, which is witnessing many rapid changes.
