His Excellency the Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission Offers Condolences to the Leadership and People on the Death of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz — May God Have Mercy on Him

His Excellency Eng. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Darrab, Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, extended, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Commission's staff, his sincerest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the esteemed Royal Family, and the Saudi people, on the death of His Royal Highness Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Interior.

The Governor said: The Arab and Islamic nations have been afflicted with the loss of a unique leadership figure whose contributions were tangible in all fields, foremost among them support for the Holy Qur'an and its memorization, the study of the noble Prophetic Sunnah, and support for intellectual security and its research, to safeguard society and its members from malicious ideas targeting the security of this country and its people. History will not forget His Highness's — may God have mercy on him — continuous support for the communications and information technology sector, and his inspection tours of the holy sites to verify the provision of the best services for pilgrims and Umrah performers, including communications and information technology services.

He was — may God have mercy on him — throughout his life and career the foremost man of security, a chief supporter of achievement, development, and progress, and a pioneer of charitable initiatives. His loss has had a profound impact on everyone, as he — may God have mercy on him — dedicated himself to serving this homeland and its people in every position he held. We can only turn to God — Glorified and Exalted — in prayer, seeking forgiveness for the deceased — may God have mercy on him — and asking Him to perpetuate the blessings of stability and security upon this country under our wise leadership.

May God have abundant mercy on Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, and grant him a spacious place in Paradise. To God we belong, and to Him we shall return.
