Communications Commission Renews Its Call to Report Fraudulent Messages via Number (330330)

The Communications and Information Technology Commission today renewed its call to all users of mobile communications services not to respond to unknown messages received via short text messages (SMS) claiming to be from a local bank or informing the user that they have won a cash prize.

The Commission also called for reporting such messages through the free "Report Fraudulent Messages" service, by forwarding the text message received to number (330330).
