Decision Overview
First:
Approval of the following regulations documents:
- "Regulations for providing digital certification services,“
- "Regulations for providing call center services,“
- "Regulations for provide tracking service,“
- "Regulations for provide service of Management and control of telecommunications and information networks,“
The above-mentioned regulations documents shall enter into force as of 1/1/2021.
Second:
Addressing the status of existing licensees to provide services (Digital Certification, Call Centers, Automated Vehicle Location “AVL” and telecommunications and Information Networks Management and Monitoring Center "NOC") in accordance with this decision.
Third:
This Decision shall be communicated to concerned parties and publish it on (CITC) website, to comply with it and act accordingly.
