Decision Overview
First:
Approval of “Procedures for launching services or products based on users’ personal data or sharing personal data of Telecommunication and Information Technology Sector” document with attached formulation.
Second:
CST determines the appropriate mechanism and time periods, for inventorying and processing services and products based on personal data that were released or shared prior to approval of this document.
Third:
The document referred to in the first Clause shall be communicated to telecommunication and information technology service providers, and shall enter into force within (30) days from the date of this decision.
