The application is submitted through the Business Portal of the Mutasil platform, by authorizing only one person to represent the company, fill out submission forms, participate in the award, and ensure all required data and documents are complete before submitting the application.

• The product must be an innovative solution that adopts artificial intelligence technologies through use cases in one of the communications, space, or technology fields. It must have been launched at least one month before applying for the award and must be currently in use, not in initial stages or proof of concept.
• The participating company must own the intellectual property rights to the product.
• For the national product development category, the product must have been fully developed by the applying company.

Arabic is the official language for submission, but supporting documents can be submitted in English provided they are clearly and accurately described in Arabic.

Any licensed, authorized, or registered company with the Communications, Space and Technology Commission in Saudi Arabia can participate in the award, the submitted product must be a solution in one of the communications, space, or technology fields.

No, the application cannot be modified after submission, so all information must be verified before sending.

Yes, each company can submit one product per category at most, and the total number of products submitted should not exceed three products.
