About Meqyas Initiative
Meqyas is one of the initiatives launched by the Communications, Space & Technology Commission at the beginning of 2018. It aims to measure the Internet performance in the Kingdom and to promote transparency and competitiveness among service providers. The initiative issues periodic reports that contribute to improving Internet performance and enhancing the quality of services provided to the end user.

Meqyas Dashboard
You can view the results and analysis of Internet performance measurements through the dashboard, allowing you to monitor the quality of your Internet service around the clock, seven days a week, through a wide and advanced set of metrics.
Procedure for Obtaining a Meqyas Device
You can apply for a Meqyas device by filling out the registration form, after which you will be added to the list of interested participants. Your information will then be reviewed to verify its alignment with the approved sampling plan based on city and service provider. If eligible, you will be contacted, and a Meqyas device will be sent to you free of charge, with no associated costs.
