Decision Overview

Article One
The Tariff of the Services of the Universal Service Fund (USF) shall be as follows:
The tariff of local voice telephone services from Mandatory service locations to other Mandatory service locations or to other fixed networks within the same province shall not be more than five (5) halalas per minute.
The tariff of voice telephone services from Mandatory service locations to other Mandatory service locations or to other fixed networks outside the province shall not be more than sixteen (16) halalas per minute.
The tariff of voice telephone services from Mandatory service locations to any mobile network in the Kingdom shall not be more than the service provider tariff charged to its customers in other regions of the Kingdom.
If Mandatory service equipment is used outside locations to which it is assigned, then the service provider tariff for its customers in other regions of the Kingdom shall apply.
Tariff of international and value added services in other regions of the Kingdom shall apply at Mandatory service locations.
Tariff of internet services at Mandatory service locations shall be preferential, and shall not be more than the average tariff of such services on fixed networks, in other regions of the Kingdom.
Article Two
The universal service provider shall apply to CST for tariff approval of its services. CST shall study same and issue relevant decisions as per CST statutes.
Article Three
The universal service provider tariff shall be modified pursuant to its tariff of services in other regions of the Kingdom. CST shall then decide the suitable tariff and implementation date.
Article Four
This decision shall be communicated to all parties concerned to act accordingly from the date of its issuance.
