Regulations for Access to Physical Facilities
The regulations of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (hereinafter referred to as “the CST”) specify the rules, regulations, rights, and obligations concerned with ensuring the right of access to public telecommunications networks, and providing a service provider with access to physical telecommunications facilities, owned or managed by a provider. Service providers need access to facilities to deploy networks (right of way to extend networks), which is subject to approval by government agencies, the approval of the facility owner, and relevant regulations and rules.
