Regulations of Accessing Locally Hosted Internet Content
Proceeding from the competence of CST, and as part of CST’s efforts to develop the communications and information technology sector to enhance the efficiency of its services and develop its infrastructure for improving the quality of the Internet experience, this regulatory document is intended to support the realization of broader objectives aimed at creating a world-class Internet ecosystem, to promote KSA’s role as a regional and global hub for accessing Internet content. The “Regulations of Accessing Locally Hosted Internet Content” establishes common provisions to realize the development of qualitative investment opportunities, enabling KSA’s efforts to create attractive markets that drive the growth of the digital economy, elevate reliability of local Internet services, promote the localization of Internet content, support innovative business models locally, and improve users' experience of Internet services by providing these services with the highest quality.
