Proceeding from the competence of CST, and as part of CST’s efforts to develop the communications and information technology sector to enhance the efficiency of its services and develop its infrastructure for improving the quality of the Internet experience, this regulatory document is intended to support the realization of broader objectives aimed at creating a world-class Internet ecosystem, to promote KSA’s role as a regional and global hub for accessing Internet content.
